Q: Can I purchase individual items of apparel?
A: Yes, you can purchase individual items if they are from our stock range of products. In the event you require custom made garments the minimum quantity is 20 units per style in most cases, there are however some items that require higher minimum quantities for custom made orders.
Q: Can I purchase individual items of PPE?
A: Yes, you can purchase individual items of PPE, except if the item is packed and sold as a set only.
Q: Do you supply Australian Made products?
A: Yes, we have the capability of producing apparel and sourcing Australia made products.
Q: What is the turnaround time for my order?
A: For all stock items that require any embellishment allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery from time of order.
For all custom-made orders please allow 3 to 6 weeks for delivery, this time frame however may vary dependant on the product and time of the year. If you have an urgent order, please discuss with our sales team and we will endeavour to assist you with your request.
Q: I can't see the product I’m looking for on your website?
A: We have access to a broad range of product if what you are looking for does not appear on our website please contact us and we will sources it for you.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Payment can be made by Electronic Funds Transfer, Credit Card or EFTPOS, please note we do not accept cash transactions.
Q: What are you trading terms?
A: Orders require a deposit and full payment must be made prior to dispatch. Note orders will not be processed until such time as a deposit is payed or unless an alternative arrangement has been made with our sales team.
Q: Can you deliver Interstate?
A: Yes, we can deliver Australia wide.
Q: What are your delivery cost?
A: Delivery cost are subject to the size of the order and destination, our sales team will advise on cost of delivery on order quotation.
